Rule Change for 21FOC

FRANKFURT, Germany (May 28, 2026) – MarketVector IndexesTM ("MarketVector") announces the following rule changes for the 21Shares Future of Crypto Index (21FOC) effective on July 1, 2026:

5.2 Global Crypto Classification Standard ("GCCS")

5.4 Index Selection

If a basket has, at maximum, one digital asset with 0.5% or greater basket-adjusted weight, the basket is excluded from the portfolio for the current review period, and the target weight of the excluded basket is distributed proportionally among the remaining baskets of the index, except for the baskets ’Payment Platform’ and ’Smart Contract Platform’.	6.If a basket has, at maximum, one digital asset with 0.5% or greater basket-adjusted weight, the basket is excluded from the portfolio for the current review period, and the target weight of the excluded basket is distributed proportionally among the remaining baskets of the index, except for the ’Store of Value’ basket.
