Frankfurt(24 February 2021) –MV Index Solutions GmbH (MVIS®) will add clarifications on ‘ExtraordinaryEvents’ for additional indices. In case of ‘Extraordinary Events’ (e.g.trading halts, hacks, regulatory actions, etc.), MVIS will be allowed toexercise discretion under certain conditions for the following indices owned by 21Shares:
- 21SharesBitcoin Suisse Crypto Index (ticker: ABBA)
- 21SharesCrypto Basket Index (ticker: HODL5)
- SygnumPlatform Winners Index (ticker: MOON)
Theliquidity threshold will increase from USD 25mln to 250mln for the following indices:
- 21SharesBitcoin Suisse Crypto Index (ticker: ABBA)
- 21SharesCrypto Basket Index (ticker: HODL5)
All changes will become effective withthe April review on 1 May 2021.
The amended IndexGuideswill be available for download with the April review at www.mvis-indices.com.
