Frankfurt (16 February 2021) – MV IndexSolutions GmbH (MVIS®) will change a rule for allequity indices. Effective 15 April 2021, the index guide (chapter 5.2)will be adjusted as follows:
• SPACs willbe considered under the current IPO/Spin-Off rule as well. Instead of theIPO/spin-off date, the merger/acquisition date is used to determine therequired month of trading prior to the review snapshot date.
The amended Index Guide will beavailable for download at www.mvis-indices.com after the March Review.
