FRANKFURT, Germany (March 29, 2023) – MarketVector IndexesTM ("MarketVector") announced the launch of the iREIT-MarketVector™ Quality REIT Index (ticker:  IRET).

The iREIT-MarketVector™ Quality REIT Index (ticker:  IRET) tracks the performance of high quality US listed common and preferred equity securities of Real Estate Investment Trusts ("REITs") while ensuring sector diversification. 

Components are weighted equally with a tilt toward stocks selected in the Higher Quality REITs bucket. 

It is calculated in USD as a price index and a total return net index and is reviewed on a quarterly basis.
