Frankfurt (9 February 2022) – MV Index Solutions GmbH (MVIS®) announces the implementation of changes regarding the treatment of Mergers & Acquisitions and Spin-offs between rebalance announcement and implementation for indices calculated by Solactive AG, effective on 14 February 2022.

  • INDEX EVENT Column in the DCAF file gets a new entry type "Proforma Index Adjustment" which indicates Corporate Actions between rebalance announcement and effective implementation. Further information can be found in FIXING DATE COB and REBALANCING DATE COB.
  • FIXING DATE COB and REBALANCING DATE COB columns will be added to the DCAF file.

 

MV Index Solutions GmbH (MVIS®) has decided to adopt the amendment of the PRO-FORMA file naming convention to provide a robust and unified naming convention, to allow additional automation in the processes of our clients. Changes will be made as in the following:
