Frankfurt (16 February 2021) – MV IndexSolutions GmbH (MVIS®) will change the calculation agent and rules for theMVIS US Investment Grade Floating Rate Index (MVFLTR).
Effective on 1 May 2021 following changes will be made:
- Change of calculation agent from WellsFargo to Solactive AG.
The eligibility criteria will be adjusted as follows:
- Securities must be rated “investmentgrade” or above by one of two rating agencies. To be eligible, securities maynot be rated “below investment grade” by one of the two.
- In addition, notes with options will be eligible for index inclusion.
In the event of full redemption, thesecurity will be treated as cash payment.
