The U.S. Treasury Rates
The rates, or yields, on U.S. Treasury securities is the interest rate paid on bills, notes, or bonds offered by the U.S. Treasury. The rates are determined by interest rates bid at auctions conducted by the U.S. Treasury. The rates are also determined by the prices of treasury bills, notes or bonds traded in the secondary market.
